Low Cost, Reliable Web Hosting
If there is anything more confusing than selecting the best company to host your web site I have yet to find it!

There is an endless list of companies, all claiming to be “The Best Value” “The Fastest”, “The Cheapest”, etc, etc

Let’s face it – For most of us, the price is not everything.

The NUMBER ONE item in most businesses’ wish-list is RELIABILITY.

If you have gone to the trouble of building a web site then you need, repeat need, to be sure that it’s there all day, every day, Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.

You don’t want down-time.
You don’t want excuses.
You just need it to be there when your visitors come, otherwise you will lose business.

Remember, cutting costs by a couple of bucks a month won’t impress your visitors when the site’s down.

Over 90% of web sites do not use databases or dynamically generated pages. For these types of sites, only the most basic features of web site hosting is needed. For these businesses there is no need to pay for bells that are not rung or whistles that are not blown.

You will almost certainly share the hosting server with many other sites. This is quite normal. There is an acceptable limit on the number of sites hosted by one server. This is often overdone to cut costs.

Some hosting companies will put over a thousand web sites on one server. This is bound to impact how fast your site is sent to your visitors. Too many sites and there will be noticeable slow-downs from your site.

You don’t want your hard-earned visitors leaving your site because it’s too slow.
It’s bad for your image and it’s bad for business.

You will also need to know that if you get stuck, have a problem, or just want to ask a question that there will be someone to answer it right away, morning, noon and night – preferably on a toll-free line.

Web hosting is cheap.

The most important difference between the companies is how they treat you, especially when you need their help.

What’s the entire package?
Some people register with one company and host with another. This can save money, but ultimately only a few dollars, but is it really worth the hassle trying to sort it all out if it goes wrong? You know everyone will blame everyone else – and you’ll be stuck trying to fix it.

For peace of mind, and a big saving in time, find one company that can do it all, then you only have one simple point of contact.

Can they register your domain, handle a reasonable number of emails in a way that suits you, and deliver reliable (that word again!) web hosting, all for a reasonable price?

If you’re not delighted is there an option of a reasonable refund period to reduce your risk?

Taking all this into consideration, who do we recommend?
